form=was/were+verb+ -ing
was not=wasn't
were not=weren't
I/he/she/it+was+going
we/you/they+were+going
Example:-
she was crying yesterday.
They were climbing on a
hill.
They were laughing at the
joker.
He was taking exam last
month.
She was working in a
factory.
It was raining yesterday.
I was watching TV when she
called.
I was listening to my ipad.
Last night at 6 pm,i was
eaiting dinner.
yesterday at this time,i was
sitting at my desk at work.
I was studying while he was
making dinner.
